Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Every Rep the Mouse item is printed to order.

We do not accept returns, offer exchanges or provide refunds, but if you're unhappy with your item, give us a shout, and we'll do our best to make things right!

Cancellations for any order must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot accept cancellations after the order has started to print. 

Order Issues, including but not limited to, defective items, damaged printing, and lost items, must be shared with us within 30 days of the order date. 

Sizing

Please be sure to check the sizing specifications listed with each item placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for the wrong size being purchased. 

Please note sizes can vary within 1-2 inches of the size charts measurements. We always recommend you sizing up if you are unsure. Measuring an item you own to compare to the size chart is your best bet for choosing the correct size. 

Size charts are included with each listing. We primarily use Bella Canvas Unisex T-shirts. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to submitting an order or need help with sizing. We're here to help! Why? We because we like you.
